CHEMP doctoral student gets accelerometer paper published!
Elyse Letts, a second year doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Joyce Obeid, had a scoping review published in IOP Science online last week.
Elyse is starting the second year of her PhD, primarily focussing on the iPLAY study, which uses accelerometers to measure physical activity and sedentary time in toddlers. The paper, Accelerometer techniques for capturing human movement validated against direct observation: a scoping review, provides a comprehensive overview of accelerometer analysis and validation tachniques.
